Cancellation Policy

Cranberry Moonwalks – Safety, Bookings, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 🛡️ Safety & Setup Guidelines To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the following rules must be strictly followed: • Adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use. • No food, drink, gum, candy, shoes, or sharp objects are permitted inside the bounce house. • No flips, roughhousing, climbing on walls, or horseplay. • The bounce house must be set up on a flat, clean surface—grass or pavement only. • We cannot set up on gravel, sand, mud, loose dirt, steep slopes, or uneven terrain. • A dedicated power source within 100 feet of the setup location is required. • Cranberry Moonwalks is fully insured, but the renter assumes full responsibility for safe use during the rental period. • Damage or injury caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow these safety guidelines is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered under our insurance. 📅 Booking Policy • All bounce house rentals must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via our website or phone. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. • In-person payment is available if necessary—please contact us in advance to make arrangements. • Standard rental hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. • Custom start and end times can be requested during booking and are subject to availability. • Same-day pickup is included with every rental. ❌ Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled rental start time are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled rental start time are non-refundable. • In the event of severe weather, customers may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund. 📋 Waitlist Policy • If your preferred unit is unavailable, you can join our waitlist. • We will notify you immediately if it becomes available. • Waitlist holds are honored in the order received and are valid for 6 hours from the time of contact. ⸻ By booking with Cranberry Moonwalks, you acknowledge and agree to all policies above.
