Cranberry Moonwalks – Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Effective Date: June 4, 2025

 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which Cranberry Moonwalks (“Company”, “we”, “us”) may issue refunds, credits, or cancellations related to rental services provided to the customer (“Customer”, “you”, “your”). By booking with Cranberry Moonwalks, you agree to the terms set forth below.

 

 

1. Weather-Related Cancellations

 

Inflatables cannot be safely operated in high winds (over 20 mph), heavy rain, or lightning. For safety and liability reasons:

 

  • Cancellations made 24 or more hours before scheduled delivery due to forecasted inclement weather are eligible for a full refund or credit valid for 12 months.

  • Same-day cancellations due to weather (prior to setup or delivery) will be issued a credit only, valid for 6 months.

  • Once delivery or setup has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued regardless of weather changes.

 

Cranberry Moonwalks reserves the right to cancel services if weather conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be provided.

 

 

2. Customer Cancellations (Non-Weather)

 

  • More than 7 days before the event date:

    Full refund, less a non-refundable $25 administrative fee, or full credit toward a future rental.

  • 3 to 7 days before the event date:

    No refund. A rental credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

  • Less than 72 hours before the event:

    No refund or credit will be issued.

 

 

3. No-Show or Refusal of Delivery

 

If the Customer or a designated contact is not present at the agreed delivery time and location, or refuses delivery for any reason without proper written notice:

 

  • The full rental fee will be charged.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued.

 

 

4. Equipment and Use

 

If equipment cannot be used due to a mechanical or setup issue caused by Cranberry Moonwalks, a full refund or credit will be issued.

 

If the issue is caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized movement, or failure to follow operating guidelines by the Customer or event attendees, no refund or credit will be given.

 

 

5. Force Majeure

 

Cranberry Moonwalks is not liable for cancellation or non-performance due to acts beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions). In such cases, a full credit will be issued, valid for 12 months. No refunds will be provided.

 

 

6. Refund Method and Timing

 

Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days. No partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

8. Legal Acknowledgment

 

By placing a reservation, the Customer confirms understanding and acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. This Policy is legally binding and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
