Cranberry Moonwalks – Terms & Conditions of Rental
Effective Date: June 4, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Cranberry Moonwalks LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the Customer (“you”, “your”). By reserving, renting, or using any equipment or services provided by Cranberry Moonwalks, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Rental Period & Use

The rental period begins upon delivery and ends at the agreed pickup time.

Equipment may only be used at the address and event listed in the rental agreement.

Rented items must not be moved from the original setup location after installation by our team.
2. Supervision & Safety

Adult supervision (18+) is required at all times while the inflatable or equipment is in use.

Equipment must not be used during rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions. If these arise during your rental, immediately stop use and deflate the inflatable.

Do not allow flips, rough play, wrestling, or overcrowding. Follow capacity and height/weight restrictions posted on the unit.

No food, drink, sharp objects, shoes, pets, or water (unless a designated water slide) are permitted inside the inflatables.
3. Setup Requirements

A flat, unobstructed area with grass or pavement is required. If stakes cannot be used, sandbags or weighted anchoring will be provided.

Electrical access (within 100 feet) is required for operation. Customer must ensure the circuit is not overloaded.

We reserve the right to cancel delivery or setup if conditions are unsafe or not as described. No refund will be issued if this is due to customer oversight.
4. Damage, Cleaning, & Responsibility

You are responsible for any damage, excessive dirt, or missing equipment resulting from misuse or neglect during your rental.

A cleaning fee of $50–$250 may be charged for food, beverage spills, silly string, confetti, paint, or other foreign substances.

Equipment must not be used with water unless designated for such use. Misuse may result in damage fees.

Do not attempt to deflate, move, or modify the equipment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations, refunds, and weather-related adjustments are governed by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website and attached to all bookings.
6. Liability & Indemnification

Cranberry Moonwalks is not liable for injury or damages caused by improper use, unsupervised activity, or failure to follow posted safety rules.

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cranberry Moonwalks, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the rental or use of our equipment.
7. Weather Disclaimer
We reserve the right to cancel delivery due to unsafe weather conditions. If delivery is canceled due to weather before setup, a refund or credit will be provided per our Refund Policy.
If weather conditions change after setup, no refunds or credits will be issued.
8. Equipment Malfunction
If equipment fails due to a mechanical defect not caused by misuse or unsafe conditions, notify us immediately. We will attempt to repair or replace it. If the issue is confirmed and prevents use, a full or partial credit may be offered at our discretion.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Butler County, Pennsylvania.
10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By submitting a reservation or accepting delivery, the Customer confirms that they:
